At Freska Beauty we value your time and ours. To ensure the availability of our services and provide excellent service to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy with a deposit.
Deposit (35€) is a requirement when you are booking a facial appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service and will be deducted at the final payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another client.
If you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, the deposit will be held as credit for future services. However, if you cancel with less notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be refundable.
