Deposit & cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
€35 deposit
A €35 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to the final treatment price.
24-hour notice
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellation or no-show
For cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, the deposit is non-refundable.
Confirmation
An appointment is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
